01 / DELIVERY

Free standard shipping over $50.

Standard shipping to an eligible delivery address is free when your order subtotal is over $50 CAD, before tax. At $50 or less, standard shipping is $25.00 CAD per order, before tax.

Online ordering currently serves Alberta, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Quebec. British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and the territories are outside our current online delivery area. The free-shipping offer applies within the eligible provinces. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Production starts after payment and approval of print-ready artwork.

Qualifying CAD orders automatically receive $0 standard delivery. Applicable taxes still apply.

A better price. By 10%.

Found a better price from a Canadian printer? Send us the current written quote before you order. We’ll beat a comparable quote for the same print job by 10%.

We compare size, quantity, paper or material, print sides, page count and finishing. Delivery and setup charges are included in the comparable total before tax. Your litho. total for that same job will be 10% lower. For example, a comparable $100 CAD quote becomes $90 CAD before tax.

Upload the quote with your request and tell us what you need. We’ll confirm eligibility and your 10% lower total in your litho. quote before payment. This offer is reviewed by our team; it is not an automatic checkout discount.

03 / QUALITY CONTROL

Your artwork gets a second look.

We inspect files for the requested size, bleed, resolution and print setup before production. If an issue needs fixing, we’ll flag it with you before proceeding.

A file check is included. Design changes or artwork repairs, when needed, are quoted separately. Uploading a file does not mean it has already passed inspection.

Please check spelling, content and your final proof carefully. A file inspection is not copy editing or a guarantee of an exact screen-to-print colour match.

OUR PRINT-QUALITY PROMISE

A problem? We’ll put it right.

If your order has a confirmed printing defect or arrives damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement of the affected print at no extra cost, including standard delivery. If a suitable reprint cannot be arranged, we’ll refund the affected print and its associated delivery charge.

Email hello@getlitho.com with your LT order reference, a description of the issue and clear photos. For delivery damage, include photos of the packaging and keep it while we review the issue. We’ll compare the order with your approved artwork and confirmed specification, then agree the next step with you.

A production defect is different from a typo, incorrect content or a design choice in approved artwork. A screen preview is not an exact colour proof. If you’re unsure what went wrong, contact us and we’ll help you work through it.

04 / CUSTOM WORK & DESIGN

A little help, or a whole new idea.

Custom sizes, materials and finishing are quoted for your project. Design services are also available, from a fresh layout to preparing existing artwork for print.

Share your brief, content and brand assets. We’ll agree the deliverables, revisions and price before design work begins. Design services are quoted separately from printing.

05 / NEXT TIME

Print it once. Find it in your account.

Your orders, specifications and uploaded artwork are saved together in My orders. Give a design a name so it’s easy to find again.

Choose Order again on a paid order to copy its files and specifications into a fresh draft. We refresh available pricing; custom or unavailable combinations get a new quote. You review and confirm each order before payment.

Your original order stays unchanged. A repeat order does not reuse an old payment, delivery date or price.
