What files can I upload?
PDF is preferred. PNG, JPEG and TIFF are welcome for review too. Add up to five files, each up to 25 MB, to your private project.
What does the file check cover?
We inspect size, bleed, resolution and print setup before production. We’ll flag issues that need your attention. Please check your spelling, content and final proof; those decisions stay with you.
How do I choose the paper or material?
Start with the feel and the use: sturdy card for introductions, flexible paper for handouts, and display materials for larger messages. Our paper and materials guide explains the standard choices without the jargon. Product pages show the exact specification.
Can you help with the design?
Yes. Share your idea, content and any brand assets in a design request. Design is quoted separately, with the scope and price agreed before work starts.
How do I reorder?
Open a paid order in My orders and choose Order again. We copy the artwork and specifications into a new order, refresh available pricing, and take you straight to review. Custom work gets a fresh quote. You check and approve each new order before payment.
What if my print arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us with your order reference and photos. For confirmed printing defects or delivery damage, we’ll arrange a free reprint. If a suitable reprint cannot be arranged, we’ll refund the affected print and its associated delivery charge. Read our print-quality promise.
How do shipping and the price-beat guarantee work?
Standard shipping to our eligible launch provinces is free on orders over $50 CAD before tax. See our shipping details for the current delivery area.
